I am a Chilean Facialist, living and working in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, where I have my private home facial spa.
I have an holistic approach, my facials are not just about the skin, they are a full-body reset, combining expert skincare with deep relaxation.
I am an expert in facial lymphatic drainage and am extremely passionate about it.
I also love performing facial reflexology and acupressure.
I am a fully qualified Beauty Therapist VTCT Level 4 and insured, with 10 years of experience in facials with studies in Chile and in the UK.
I have worked in London's most exclusive facial salons, where I gained important experience and knowledge.

HOME SPA
Located in Beaconsfield new town, in a relaxed and private room.
What makes me different from other spas:

I don't book back-to-back clients, and I don't rush facials. Sometimes they are longer than an hour, but never less. It all depends on what the skin needs. Everyone's skin is different! So please allow some extra time after your facial. Especially the first one

My facials are focused on massage and relaxation, not on machines and fast results.

I take the time for consultations and they are not part of the facial's time. So you don't have to rush the consultation.

I don't sell products and I don't get any commission by recommending them. So it's nothing forced.

I don't work with any specific brands. I don't believe in the superiority of "Medical Grade" skincare (overpriced) or "organic" skincare. I choose products that work for my clients, so I'm not forced to use products I don't like. The majority of the products I recommend are available in the pharmacy.

I use dermatology-approved products, without essential oils or heavily perfumed, so your skin is less likely to get irritated.

My treatment room is a tranquil environment with soft natural light and relaxing music, with a spa ambience.

THE PRODUCTS
All the products I use during my facials and recommend are high-quality brands that I personally use.
I don't work with any specific brands. I don't believe in the superiority of "Medical Grade" skincare. I choose products that work for my clients and are approved by dermatologists, so I'm not forced to use products I don't like. The majority of the products I recommend are available in the pharmacy.

"Discovered a facialist gem right in the heart of our neighbourhood following a Google search. After reading through her reviews it drew me to give her a try.
Carmen takes the time to understand your skin concerns and the products you use. If your facial is marked as 30 or 60 minutes that is the time spent for the facial.
Wanting to treat myself to some proper relaxation I opted for the 60 minute Signature facial treatment. Carmen made me instantly relaxed as soon as I set foot in her treatment room. It is clean and well appointed and includes some lovely fluffy towels. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anymore towels just incase I was a little chilly.
Carmen doesn’t use hard sell techniques unlike other places who are talking throughout your treatment trying to sell facial 10 week plans which means you cannot fully relax. Carmen is about understanding what your skin requires and also working with the current skincare products that you have. She suggested complementing my existing skincare with different products. I noticed my skin was much better straight after the facial and a week later it had vastly improved.
Will definitely book again.
